Global banking group Santander recognised the banking industry was about to change rapidly, with the growth of FinTech digital technologies that are set to disrupt the industry. Santander's innovation team wanted to explore how immersive and mobile technology could change banking and how it engages with its customers. The team of designers, UX researchers and technical leads embarked on an innovation exercise involving multiple design sprints to generate a workable innovation vision and collaborative digital plan to position Santander at the forefront of future banking.
