EPIC Global Solutions, having secured a long term NCAA partnership for nationwide responsible gaming and gambling harm prevention talks with college athletes, sought to elevate their "Lived Experience" presentations. They enlisted Swirlingmedia to revamp these presentations, aiming for a dynamic live concert backdrop feel rather than a traditional text-heavy PowerPoint format.
We approached the presentation in two ways. The first was to use AI to put together large scale photography to capture the essence of the talks and the second part was to enhance the layout and visual impact of the existing photos from the Lived Experience Consultants. The new designs allowed the lived experience consultants to create more immersion with the student athletes to increase the connection and trust that is essential for effective open dialogue.
