Client: ASRI Candidate Connector

Situation: In the competitive, online recruitment environment, we needed to design an interactive product to help clients communicate better one-on-one with their toughest to hire candidates. In addition, use the new product to market and sell it self.

Solution: Building a custom website for each client would not be cost effective, so instead, a template website was produced. That had a large amount of graphic space to be engaging, while leaving enough room to interact with the candidates. We branded the Candidate Connector with trendy graphics and clever headlines ensured the site was entertaining and engaging. Lastly, Candidate Connector's sales site was also built on the Candidate Connector website template.

Result: The first client to use Candidate Connector, Hallmark Healthcare, has drawn over 500 unique visitors to its version of the site, www.hhgoldenopportunity.com, generated 35 applications and resulted in over 10 hires so far. The website was considered a huge success on both a recruiting and cost effective level by Hallmark Healthcare.
